MINFULNESS EXERCISE / GUIDED


Hello beautiful souls! Just take a couple minutes out of your day and do something that is gonna connect you to your body, clear your thoughts out of the negative and become relaxed. This is a very easy and extremely effective exercise made by Jon Kabat-Zinn who is a master when it comes to becoming mindful, stress-free and focused.
