One of the many reason why I like Headspace
Happy Sunday! After the end of my meditiation, this is what headspace ask me to do today. Being present. It is easy as it's sound but it is extremely difficult to execute it. Well, no matter what I'm going to try to practice today, never try never know.
In this meditation, it's asked me to be more clearer for what I'm going to do, where I'm going. The more clearer I am, the better I am being present.
