Ah... that was so lovely. I didn't realize how much I needed a meditation break until I took one. Deep breathing is so wonderful. Sounds super cheesy, but still.

I have heard many of Alan Watts' lectures and am always moved, but this one is also moving on an experiential level. Thank you for sharing.
