Thank you @artemislives 🙏🏼 - could not agree more, in deep stillness we are all one breath - breathing in & out, arising and passing away. And quite frequently this @bewithbreath goes into the whole body breathing where his existence is nothing but pure breath arising as we breath in and passing away as we breath out....a very blissful insight and experience 🧘🏼♂️🧘🏼♀️
