Guided Astral Meditation
Hey everyone!
This is an Astral Meditation experience. I'm not sure how popular those are on here but I figured I'd put it out there to hear your thoughts on it! It basically means I safely pull you up into the astral realms and you meet wonderful beings there that are here for your assistance. It can change your perception of things if you keep your heart open. It starts right away so just begin with your phone on silent.
