Introducemyself
Hello everybody, My name is Marco Franco, and I’m a 30 years old Italian doctor in medicine living and working in Barcelona ( Spain). I dedicated all my life to cure/care people working specifically in the field of Urology, Andrology and Male Sexual Medicine. I’m a researcher, with strong interest in the causes of the diseases, and this is why I came to Barcelona for a Research Project on genetics of bladder Cancer. Despite this very selective topic, in my everyday practice I perform surgery , I have service of outpatient and attend to inpatient care.
One of my passions is writing about what I do, and about the world of Uro-andrology, the news, the new discoveries, treatment, and future development of this beautiful fields of medicine.
I have a lot of Interests and hobbies, I read a lot, I play piano ( basic level ) I really like to travel all over the world meeting new people of every sociocultural level and, the most important, I really like to cook and eat, with an obvious partiality for Italian produce and cuisine.

My curation focus is on fairly new Steemit users who don't speak English as a first or primary language, but who are writing and posting in English.
I search new posts in the #introducemyself and #introduceyourself tags daily, and try to dedicate at least 50% of my article curation to new Steemit members who meet the above focus criteria. My goal is to discover and curate an average of 5 new Steemit users per day.
I follow each person I curate because it is very encouraging for a new member to see their following grow.

I also curate comments from all Steemit users. I look to reward comments and replies which stand out as having thoughtful insight, offer benefit to the community at large and reflect the unique personality of the commenter.
I aim to keep my voting strength between 90-100%, and give a 100% upvote whenever possible, voting 10-15 times per day.

You sound like a very talented and interesting person, serapeion! Your field of study and experience is going to be an interesting addition to Steemit. My uncle died of bladder cancer which he thought was caused by excessive exposure to fuels as he worked as a fuel handler in the military. I'm looking forward to reading more of your articles.
