Arnica Montana is a species belonging to the Arnica family. Beautiful yellow flowers whose fruit is an Aquenio. It is widely used in a medicinal way that relieves neuronal, articular and muscular pain, thus reducing inflammation.
But be careful, if you consume the flower it can be very poisonous since it contains a toxin called helenaline, but outside of this it is very effective!
