Continuing presenting the first week a dish that has few ingredients but healthy for the heart.

Let's name the ingredients we use for this antipasto of eggplant and paprika

Ingredients

5 eggplant
2 carrots
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
1 stalk of celery Spain
3 Laurel Leaf
Salt and pepper to taste

THE BERENGENA

It has a slight bitter taste, it contains antioxidants and antiangiogery which is the growth of new blood vessels in the body. It is rich in potassium, copper, folic acid, magnesium and fiber also used a lot to lose weight, beneficial for pregnant women since the eggplant provides much folic acid and improves heart function.

BENEFITS OF THE BERENGENA

Unquestionably it is a medicinal vegetable, helps prevent many diseases including the heart.

It is a most produced vegetable in the world, contains vitamin A necessary for sight and heart.

PROPERTIES OF THE CARROT

Rich in carbohydrate beta carotene, phosphorus and calcium and low in fat helps the cardiovascular system and are suitable for the diet.

It has powerful medicinal properties, is a popular ingredient in the kitchen for its strong smell and taste.
I think that after a good and brief explanation of the benefits of each of these vegetables, we will make a protein-rich snack.

Preparation

Sauté the garlic and onion with oil, then place the strips of carrot and eggplant. Cook over low heat and finally add the bay leaves, salt and pepper. Let stand and then serve, this antipasto can be accompanied with short or long pasta and also serves as a paspalo for any occasion.

After a good explanation of the benefits provided by each vegetable, now to relax after a long day of work, we will take a cup of chamomile that would not go down badly with all the properties that this flower has healing and also aesthetic
