This has drastically caused restriction in data shearing opportunities between health care professional while also reducing the opportunity for getting third party opinions to better care for individuals. Some certain laws such as Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, which restricts the shearing of patient data between doctors, medical service workers, and researchers, thus
