Healthy buns. Easy and quick to prepare
If you want to lose some weight, here is a lovely recipe. Healthy buns which can be prepared quick and easily! You can combine them with lots of ingridients and include even in your chrono diet meals. For example, you can eat buns with couple slices of ham, piece of cheese and salad.
Here are ingredients: whole wheat rye flour 120g, whole wheat oat flour 120g, Salt, sour milk, one and half glass of mineral water, half a spoon of soda, one small spoon of baking powder, Ground flax.
Recipe: mix all in a bowl. Place the dough on a baking paper and bake it for half an hour on 220 degrees
