Who's a "dumb son of a bitch" - McConnell or Trump?

One can legitimately fault Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell for many things. Being dumb is not one of them. The Republican politician who is demonstrating his own dumbness these days is Donald Trump.

If the Senate eventually passes President Biden's so-called "infrastructure" bill or his "For the People" election bill monstrosity, it will largely be due to Trump's inept and counter-productive intervention in Georgia's special senatorial election in January. That election's results erased the U.S. Senate's Republican majority.

According to the WaPo story:
