Schedule of publishing periodic reports of Black Pearl S.A. in 2021

Periodic reports in 2021 will be published on the following dates:

  • quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2020 - February 15, 2021
  • quarterly report for the first quarter of 2021 - May 17, 2021
  • quarterly report for the second quarter of 2021 - August 16, 2021
  • quarterly periodic report for the third quarter of 2021 - November 15, 2021
  • annual periodic report for 2020 - May 31, 2021

Any possible changes to the schedule of publishing periodic reports in 2021 will be made public in the form of current reports, on the terms set out in § 6 section 14.2. Appendix 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market".
