BLACK PEARL S.A .: Launch of the MCAN digital currency payment program, when purchasing goods and services and shares in Enterprises of innovative industries - guaranteeing a significant increase in value over time.

The Management Board of the Issuer, on 06.07.2020, began negotiations for the purchase of two enterprises - using 100% digital currency payments MCAN. These companies are closely related to the raw materials and technology industry, especially the extraction and processing of the microsphere - a raw material necessary for sealing shale gas and oil wells, as well as used in modern medicine, including dentistry.
On 07.07.2020, the Issuer has entered the valuation phase of the organized part of Przedsiębiorstwo Energa Plus sp.z o.o with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Młynarska 7, in order to purchase its facility located in Kazakhstan.
A company in Kazakhstan acquires a microsphere and pre-processes it - preparing goods for transport to Europe. It has long-term contracts for the purchase and sale of this raw material for the next 3 years. Black Pearl S.A will pay the price for the spin-off enterprise using the MCAN digital currency, to which the parties have agreed.
