McAfee is quite the character. He is just using his name recognition and image of technical computer expert to leverage some insider trading. In the end I imagine it will be the IRS who comes knocking on his door for tax evasion. Who knows? Maybe he will be eating his you-know-what behind bars if Bitcoin gets to his projected price...
very much so, i think they don't care as of now since they have more issues on their hand but in the near future.
