Interpretation of the Mayan temples

 The layers of the Mayan temples explain the evolution of  consciousness and everything biological on Earth. It starts with the  lowest layer (single celled organisms) all the way to the upper layer  (human). The Mayans believed we all return to the source after death to  help the universal consciousness evolve (basically we are all here to  help the universal consciousness learn about itself since we are all  part of it). It first started learning about the interaction between  single-celled organisms and the water all the way up to the final layer  which is human beings developing ethics. This last layer ended on dec.  21, 2012 and contrary to what most people believe this indicates that the  Mayans believed we would enter another stage of evolution during that  timeperiod. So what is the next step in our evolution? One can only guess...  Personally I would like to believe that it will be the human brain that  evolves (imagine how cool it would be if we could actually use more than  5% at a time, or maybe increased pineal gland activation... )

Every layer can also be linked to important events in our  history and it's because of the accuracy in which this has been done a  lot of people question the fact how this was possible and hint to help  from extraterrestrials.
The size of the layers also corresponds perfectly with the  time-periods in our evolution (becoming smaller because of the fact that  evolutions has been speeding up ever since the beginning, e.g. it took much longer for fish to evolve into amphibians than it did for amphibians to evolve into reptiles). The question  remains how a bunch of savages had so much knowledge of evolution...  nobody really knows.
