First and foremost, I would like to thank @maverickinvictus for this wonderful intiative. I’ve spent a couple of days contemplating what I want my 2018 to be and I came up with this. This is my entry for the 2018 vision board contest. 2018 started with a bang and I feel like more good things are coming my way.
Here I present to you my vision board in a more detailed way. Some, if not all, are connected to one another.
Recover from art slump
Slowly but surely, I am walking away from art slump and this year, for sure, I can and I will recover completely.
Draw again regularly
I know this is pretty bold but how regularly, you ask? I could start with 1 or 2 artworks per week and increase quantity later. Smaller to medium size artworks and maybe later, delve into landscapes.
Manage time to post more on Steemit
Well, this is self-explanatory. Steemit has been a great platform to share my struggles as an artist and since then, I feel like a heavy burden has been lifted and I want to express myself more in any way or form here. That is why, I want to make time and make Steemit a habit.
Savings and investments
As a kid, I was always nagged by my mother to save, save, save and I always ignored her. Now, as I grow up, I am becoming like her and realize how true her words were. Mother knows best, indeed. I have been investing little by little on bitcoin and for sure, my earnings here on Steemit won’t disappear like a bubble.
Learn animation on my own
Like how I learned to draw, I will try to learn animation on my own. I’m not a tech-savvy and I hate complicated computer works but for animation, I will do it. I’ve been to a campus tour in an animation school and it was not as complicated as I thought. I also have experience in digital art so if I just master that, I would be able to learn animation.
Spread creativity
What’s better than to giving back by spreading the creativity I got from Steemit? I’ve said it a million times and I’ll never get tired saying it, I am grateful for Steemit for being an inspiration. In return, through my works I will also inspire one person at a time. Spread creativity, be an inpiration.
That’s all for my 2018 vision board. Pretty straighforward, eh? My theme for this year is exerting effort and giving back.

Iove the concept of a rose yet to bloom and the leaves with your goals. In a way they are all intertwined.

Daily practice means honing your craft and now you want the added challenge of animation.
