Advantages and disadvantages of using a paper dictionary over an online dictionary !

As a translator, I have to use several dictionaries, both paper and online. Among them, online dictionaries will vary as computer dictionaries, mobile dictionaries and on-the-line-of-internet dictionaries. All of them have their own unique. But they also have their advantages and disadvantages.

Firstly, I would like to highlight on the paper dictionary. It is cheap and readable easily with no damage of our eyes, but is difficult to carry, except pocket dictionaries. All we know that there are many branches of English such as the words for general means, the words for animals, the words for science & technology. If we have to cover all this subjects, we have to keep many tons of papers and books to search a single word. Therefore the pocket dictionaries don’t be enough to complete the whole translation of a project; neither do the full version of other dictionaries.
