If 7 workers can make 210 pairs of cup in 6 days, then 1 worker makes (210 / 7 / 6) = 5 pairs of cup in 1 day.
Let X be the number of workers we are looking for. These workers make 450 pairs of cup in 10 days:
X * 5 * 10 = 450
It follows that X is 9.
