Using Cross Multiplication to Solve Algebraic Equations
I find a need to refresh the students' mind on how solve algebraic equations using a little math trick known as cross-multiplication before starting to solve trigonometry problems on unknown sides or angles of a right angled triangle.
One can use this trick to solve daily life problems such as cost of pens problem solved above.
