This ensures that the safety of blockchain will never be compromised and a chain will be rendered invalid if the difficulty level is less than the set chain work value.
The Best-block-Hash value works similar to minimum chain work if the transaction does not have the best-block-hash value, it identifies it as an invalid chain and returns back to the parent Infinex chain
