SantiagOsiris(SOsiris) is presently in Columbia moving tonight to Ecuador, struggling a bit with cash to travel at the moment.

I personally told him to ask for the full amount available for this cycle. so 8,000 Sucres.

Is first attempt to create the proposal fail so I took over to take care of it for him to be able to move tonight to Ecuador.
