(un)affordable masternode coins - DASH and PIVX vs EXCL

Hey community, this is my first post here - I hope it will be useful for some people. The topic is about masternode coins, which are pretty trendy these days. First time I noticed this kind of coins when DASH moves up to the sky. And before you can say knife, PIVX also becomes very popular and takes off. The drawback of these success stories is, that actually no average person is able to pay the amount of coins which are required to start a single DASH- or PIVX-masternode.

So I looked around which other payable masternode coins are available. After the big success of DASH and PIVX it isn't surprising that new masternode coins spring up like mushrooms. Some of them sounds pretty interesting and they also promise amazing features for the future. But otherwise, so many new coins are introduced week after week - who really knows which one is the right one to invest into? It's virtually impossible to differ the serious projects from the "hot air"-coins which could be meaning-, or even worse, worthless in a few months again.

And so at last I decided to buy a masternode coin which exists since 2014 and which most people didn´t have on their radar - Exclusive Coin (EXCL). This DASH fork project originally started ~3 years ago with 60,000,000 coins, but later their second largest exchange (Cryptsy) collapsed and loads of EXCL coins were lost forever. After an additional 10:1 swap, today only about 4,000,000 coins exist - an "exclusive" coin in the truest sense of the word. Since the end of 2016 EXCL is under new development which wants to bring this coin back into the spotlight and elate new users.

I had buyed EXCL at ~7k SAT on Bittrex exchange, only a few weeks later it went up strongly to ~31k SAT there. So just do the math - if PIVX with almost 54,000,000 coins could overrun 170k SAT, imagine what could happen with EXCL and it's low supply of only 4,000,000 coins in future? At present the price has moved back to ~8k SAT, which offers the chance of a cheap entrance. Also, while thousands of dollars are required to start a DASH- or PIVX-masternode, an EXCL masternode is currently viable with an investment of less than 0.5 Bitcoin. The masternode earnings are currently about 10 Exlusive coin per day.

All told, I recommend you to keep an eye on this underdog. The new roadmap was introduced a few days ago, some pretty cool features were announced there.
