Ignorant of anything more interesting than Tabasco sauce, I discovered El Yucateco habanero hot sauce at Benny's Burritos in New York while on a business trip. I was so enamored of it that I talked them into selling me a few bottles to take home on the plane. That was 25 years ago, and I still remember it as a glorious experience. Cheers!
