Ingredients of Masala Omelette
1/2 onions, cut into pieces
1 tomato, chopped into pieces
2 green chilies, cut into pieces
3 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper according to taste
2 tablespoon butter
A handful of coriander, chopped into pieces
One fist green onion, cut into pieces
A handful of cheese, grated
Regarding making spice omelet
Heat the oil in a pan and add onion, tomatoes and green chilies. Allow the vegetables to leave light water.
Make vegetables lightly by lightening the flame. Now break three eggs. Fill them well. Add salt and pepper to it.
Now fry eggs and vegetables together. Heat a pan and add butter to it. Add these mixers from the top.
Put green coriander, green onions, and grated cheese. Fry well. Make two of the omelet folds.
Close the flame. Put a little butter under the omelet. Serve warm to the toasted garnish with green coriander and heat hot dish.
