The Incredible Hulk Returns (1988)

Given the extreme popularity of the current Marvel movies, there are many that probably believe that they represent the first time that the likes of The Incredible Hulk and Thor have had their own live action movies. However this is not the case. The Incredible Hulk was a popular TV series in the 1980s and Thor even showed up a couple of times, once in the made for TV movie called The Incredible Hulk Returns.

I still remember the series and this movie fondly. Even if it lacks modern production values it still had a lot of charm and action. It's still worth checking out but don't expect the current Marvel levels of action density or spectacular effects. After all, it's just Bill Bixby turning into Lou Ferrigno with green paint...
