Nathan Lam- Optional Nanquan demo 2005
Back in 2005 when i won the Canadian All round Wushu championship it was a dream come true since i spent almost a decade working towards that goal. I became the first southern fist all round champion as well. Following the national competition at the evening dinner celebration in Edmonton Alberta i performed a few sections of my optional nanquan routine.
