Jiu Jitsu Seminar with Prof Jess Fraser

Hello everyone,

I am so happy to get the opportunity to attend the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Seminar with Prof. Jess Fraser last night at Valor Martial Arts.

First of all, who is she?

• Woman BJJ Black Belt
• 4x Dhabi Pro trials Winner
• Abu Dhabi Pro Medalist
• No Gi Worlds Medalist

It such a honor to learn from one of the best jiujiteiro. Her seminar was great, where we can went into the variation of submission from the close guard (sorry if you can't understand what I am talking about). Her techniques are mind blowing.

I heard there will another Black Belt is coming this March. For sure, I would not going to miss it. Never stop learning, that's the way you will improve in jiu jitsu.
