Muay Thai Class Drilling Entries and Escapes from Side Clinch

 We had an awesome Muay Thai class last night drilling entries and escapes from side clinch.  It’s always a great time watching students add skills to their arsenal.  We started by just working our slip of the jab and than used that head movement to help close the gap for the clinch.  After everyone was feeling comfortable with the footwork we added escapes from the side clinch.  Some were strictly for Muay Thai, others could be used for MMA.  Enjoy the video and Hopefully it helps your Game.
