FEMINISM. YAY OR NAY

In marriages most women deem it fit to quit their jobs and normal day to day activity just to be a stay at home wife or mother. I am ok with this if it's a lady's choice. I frown deeply at men's persuasion to do it ,"Honey, you need to stop working so you can look after the house and kids". Hold on a sec! Why ain't you quitting? Yes women are mothers and some how expected to be close to children but who says men can't play that same part. But when it comes to financial support it's ok for women to support and sweat. Everyone doesn't have to be a feminist but let's take a stand and have reasons for doing so.
They are lots of conflicts in marriages and when women forget their rights to express their feelings, they run to the bible passage that instructs them to be submissive to their husbands forgetting the part that asks the men to love their wives.A man who loves his woman wouldn't subject her to any such inconvenience. Rather a compromise will be made.
This lady has said it's her vision to be a stay at home mom someday and I take her word for it.
But those not comfortable with such change can figure out to stand their ground, work and still be an excellent parent.
This also goes to other marriage conflicts as to where to worship, where the kids go to school, how to save, household bills and so on.
Both genders can never be equal but no one is superior or inferior. See it as different parts of a body fuctioning separately to make a body whole.
