Exactly.

I think we all hesitate before going to these kinda like going to the gym. When we push through and realize it is not that bad, and focus on the benefits, we can memorize that notion. Then, the next time, we simply associate that with the impulse along the lines of, "Actually fairly enjoyable and will pay big dividends." That is just another way of creating good habits.
