I agree they work very well. I remember getting one from you many many years ago for the first purchase I made from you. Do not remember what I bought but I do remember getting the note.

    Yeah man, don't get me wrong..I love the old system we used...But there is something special about hand written notes.

      For sure, hand written adds personality and a "I cared enough to write you the note" feel. Really great initiative!
