Interesting to take that historical tour but it seems kind of strange that there is so much sarcasm laced in it - I guess it's just showing more of the peoples sentiment and the state of the union.

I was guessing it was showing the state of the times. And to be fair, that was the only place it showed up that way, in the old State House! ;)
