Frankenmuth Shopping Part 1
Let's Go Shopping in Frankenmuth Michigan
Yes Frankenmuth is one of those old tyme tourist traps. I remember being dragged there as a child. Now as an adult I thought it would be fun to drag my kids there too LOL.
It is only a two hour road trip from my house, but folks comer here from all over to experience the sites and sounds of an old Bavarian town.
However, first we must cross the old wooden bridge!
It is long and it is made entirely from wood!
Once across, there are loads of eclectic little shops of every sort.
Here is a sock shop. Notice how there are flowers everywhere!
Here is an example of the Bavarian look of the buildings.
This is a place that sell beads, and more beads!
Unless you are looking for a $750 steampunk lamp!
This is where I always thank the lovely @dswigle for doing such a good job curating the Market Friday tag!! Of course she always does a perfect Market Friday post so check her out!
Now this is a cool name...
Life, Liberty, Beaches, and Pie...
I have so many cool pics left, I will have to do a part 2.
Have a great weekend!
Thanks for stopping by!
All words and images are mine and can be also found on my various social media sites. Now I must add that some of the shots I steal from my son Ben @silver314 , but I feed him so he can sue me lol.

Nice place. Like Europe or Germany in America.
What a bridge! I'd think that bridge alone is a great attraction for the
towntourist trap to draw tourists in. I wonder if there is a longer covered bridge anywhere. I'd go into the beads store and ask them if they have bangles, lol.I used to love the annual pilgrimage through Frankenmuth! You captured the essence of the Barvarian Village they were replicating when they built it. How fun with the horse and buggy and the bridge!
Have you ever seen so much fun in your life? This is so awesome! We do need a part two next week! Who can resist truly the Christmas store that simply grew into a legacy??
Nobody!! Thanks for taking us along!
