MarketFriday - initiated by @dswigle - Street market, Cambodia
Hi Steemians!
Hi @dswigle and all Steemians! I'm posting some photos of a street market in Cambodia.
We stopped at this market to buy some fruit and water for the way, and I took this photos that really got my eye, and I hope, will get yours.
Just check them out!
Woman counting the money
What was she thinking about?
These two siblings just melted my heart.
Giggling after making a sale :)
Cheers, my friends, have a great Friday!

Wonderful photographs. Love getting to peak into other cultures, your photography did a very good job in accomplishing that.
Oh, thanks, I do love too! I'm glad I could "transport" you to this amazing place :) :). Cheers!
Hello, Isabel!!! Thank you so much for your amazing shots in Cambodian for #MarketFriday! Can you tell me what is in the second picture- in those plastic bags? I can't figure it out and I am afraid to guess!
People are people, the world over, aren't they? Some of them, I couldn't tell where they were from, so westernized looking. Then, the woman counting her money, much more traditional to Cambodia.
I love traveling the world on this day and I thank you for bringing this part of the world to my doorstep. I appreciate the time and effort spent doing this!

I'm the one who thanks you for this wonderful and original challenge! Great to know you liked it!
As of the food in the plastic bags, it's NOT insects or frogs this time, lol. it's dehydrated vegetables, like mushrooms, algae and so on, and nuts. People use these treats to cook all over Asia! And they are delicious!
Thanks a lot for the upvote and resteem, yuppeeee!
I was afraid they might be bugs! LOL I will eat the dehydrated veggies, mushrooms and algae. They are all yummy. :)) Thanks again!
I supposed so, lol! But not today ahahah! You´re welcome!
:)
I would love to get some of these bags 🍅🍆🍓🍌🍇
The food is delicious, Lena!
NIce photos, it is very interesting to show daily life in Cambodia ;)
I'm glad you liked it! Thanks for your comment!
Wonderful portraits @nolasco. Can you please provide some info on your equipment? Upvoted, resteemed & DPS.
Hi @photo-trail, thanks a lot for your comment, upvote, resteem and DPS :)! the equipment was my Canon EOS 5D MKIII and the lens is my Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 IF EX DG HSM Cheers!
very interesting!!!! Beautiful pictures !!! Never ate what you write in the comments :)
I's cheap and delicious, much better than the food in cans! Maybe you can find them in an Asian food shop. All you have to do is put them in water until they get soft again. And after, you can cook delicious receipts!
When we lived in the city of Haifa, I saw there such a shop. We went there. There are so many things ... but we did not know what it was.
Yes, it's difficult indeed, but all we need is to be daring and try!
Beautiful pictures at the local market in Cambodia, thanks for sharing!
