RE: Handmade, Hand Painted Ceramics for MarketFriday
OK.... So I am loving everything in your photos, but am actually drooling over that first plate! I really love those mugs, too. What a great idea to use one for your drawing pencils!
Thank you very much Melinda! I was convinced you'd love the boots for flowers but your first love is always the plates :)
Those are gorgeous obviously. I had a neighbor, she had her kitchen walls decorated with hand painted plates. The walls were full.
I'm going to buy more of these I guess, I want some bowls now. The pensil holder looks great on my desk, it motivates me.
I always love the boots. I would love having one planted full of flowers on my deck. There are so many things there that I would just love to have. There are so many beautiful plates, and those bowls look great especially those shallow brown and black bowls. They remind me of two that I bought when I was in Portugal that I use all the time. They are my favorites to eat out of.
And a spoon holder, I'd love one of those too! I've been thinking that I need to get a new set of coffee mugs, or in my case they would be tea mugs, since I don't drink coffee. And those would be real Treasures to have.
If I could load a big box with these and send it to you ...
The coffee or tea mug is only for decorative purposes I guess. I tried to use my mug for two days, I was having a tea when I realized this is not for daily use. The ceramic is too porous and let's the water out a bit. So that's why my mug is now used as a pencil holder :)
Ah! Well it is good for pencils, then, but would have been disappointing if you had bought them to use to serve a hot beverage in!
Maybe you just need to come visit and bring me a plate in your suitcase!
Yeah, sure, let me get my passport and book a flight 😁✈️
Well, I have to ask next time about this leaking problem. Maybe they have a solution.
I would think they would be aware of the problem. I don't know what you could possibly do to seal those mugs.
Maybe someday we can actually do a visit!
Let's hope so!
