Calle Ocho is Miami’s largest street party, the largest Hispanic festival in the nation. Around 20 blocks of Little Havana fill with musical stages, international foods, free samplings, cultural dances and entertainment of all kinds.

The Little Havana neighborhood of Miami is known for the wild chickens and roosters that roam the streets. Statues are found on different intersections.

                What a festival for all of my senses! That is the kind of #MarketFriday I could do! Every. Single. Day.

                Your pictures really brought it all to life! Wonderful shots! I personally love the vibe of Little Havana, the resurgence of its once-upon-a -time awesomeness makes my heart happy. Even the roaming roosters. I am sure that comes is just a carry-over from their Motherland. Free roaming chickens everywhere in the Caribbean!

                Thank you for taking us there and thank you for putting Maimi on the map for #MarketFriday. Oh! That barbeque looks yummy!
