The Turn of the Market
This is it, this is the bottom. The pit, the edges of fallible.
The blockchain economy, the market, cryptocurrencies in totality, have reached their bottom. They, right now, are scraping from the dredges of the grog of a keg. I can show it to you. Before today, I hadn't realized, I hadn't been able to PROVE it. But now, I can. This is the very bottom of the current cycle in the crypto trading world.
IF things were to continue downward, it would be a spiral that would be the onset of the destruction and crumbling the failing and flailing and falling of this emerging market. THIS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.
It can't.
Of course, it could, but it won't.
For there is another influencing factor in the actual price of exchange in the market. Mining.
Right now, if you were to log into hashflare.io, a sha-256, scrypt, equihash and etherium mining site, they are no longer paying out on bitcoin mining(sha-256) or scrypt(lightcoin protocol), ehash is still available for purchase. BUT, other than that, the process of producing the cryptocurrency has breached the threshold of non-profit. It has been days now, and weeks or longer leading up to it.
BUT, then all of a sudden a nearly 15% increase in mining difficulty. Meaning someone, overnight, or a conglomerate has invested, started or turned on enough mining power to do this. This brings the price of bitcoin, ect to the breaking point. Now. Maybe, in an emerging market that doesn't exactly have the impact that blockchain does, and will, this would be the breaking point.
Here is my interjection.
NOW, that mining has produced the environment where it must go up(in market price) or fail, it will go up. Even as I am writing the prices are spiking. F! the 'hack' of coinrail or wherever. That is meaningless in the scheme of things, it was a medium to low cap exchange with likely second rate security. The real factor here is the second half of blockchain...the production.
And the stakes have just been raised.
Also, I am just a writer, who invested hundreds and thousands of hours into learning about investing. So, don't listen to me.
