- Daily market brief 12/17/2018 - US stocks hit 52 week low, crypto gains 10%
After erasing all gains earlier this year, US stocks continued to plunge today and struck a 52 year low before bouncing back somewhat before closing and after market. Meanwhile, BTC gained 8.75% today to trade presently at 3545 USD and nearly all coins in the top 100 are posting gains. With brexit set for 01/12 (possibly) , the Euro is trading at 1.13 USD and the pound is trading at 1.26 USD.
