In this report I cover the early market action from London on Friday, May 4th, 2018. I look at the precious metals, the stock market, the currencies and the dollar.
I also look at the technical picture for gold and the gold/silver ratio and preview the U.S. job data coming out later on today. I note that the precious metals are at a key juncture and that despite the fact that gold could drop lower in the short term the long term picture is still positive.
In this report I also look at the definition of the word "invest" and talk about how investing does not just mean buy stocks and being involved in the financial markets. I note that the best investment many times can be also in yourself.
