The Bank of England Says: "Stable Inflation Promotes a Healthy Economy". Really?

In this report I debunk one of the biggest economic fallacies propagated by the Central Bankers and the mainstream Keynesian economists that stable inflation is conducive to economic health. Earlier this week I visited the Bank of England Museum and in one of their pamphlets they say that a rate of inflation of 2% promotes a healthy economy!

It is very easy to discredit that statement. One only needs to look at what inflation did from 1800 to 1914 when Britain led the world economically via the industrial revolution and became the wealthiest nation on the planet. In this video I show that there was not inflation during this aforementioned period of British prosperity.

To contrast the period since 1914, when the U.K. left the gold standard inflation has gone through the roof as one needs £109 in 2018 terms to buy £1 worth of 1914 goods. The period since 1914 also marks a big decline of the U.K. economy in comparison to the rest of the world.

I point out though that the reason the Central Bankers and their allies push for inflation is that under our present fiat money system debt and inflation are necessary to keep the system from imploding.
