No, as the politicians do not care and are too stupid to realize countries do not need national debts to thrive.
What will happen is that eventually all this debt will be repudiated and that will mean the destruction of national or fiat currencies.

One thing I forgot to mention was for some reason my usual gold and silver dealer has put its margin on 1 oz gold British Britannia’s up from about £50 to over £150 in the past few days, is this just greed or are they have problems getting hold off them ? Cheers mike
