The Daily Mail stated that Provident Financial had a computer bug that prevents them from collecting debt. That's absolutely hilarious.
If China is ticked off from US sanctions, then that's pretty good. If they are sanctions on only small companies then China should have been doing something about the companies that were breaking international law.
