Bear Flag Pointing to Likely Move to 24'000 in the Dow.

In this report, I cover the early market action on Friday, October, 19th, 2018. I look briefly at the precious metals, the stock market, the dollar, the bond market, and the oil price.

Today I first look closely at the technical picture for the Dow and where the stock market could be headed in the near futures. I point out that the charts have formed a bear flag formation and that the price objective will likely be around the 24'000 level.

I also look at the country of Sweden and where interest rates there are doing and where they could be headed. I note that the Riksbank, the Central Bank of Sweden, is shadowing the ECB's rate policy in order to keep their currency, the krona, from becoming too strong against the euro.

To conclude I briefly go over the geopolitical situation as it pertains to Saudi Arabia, the U.S., and the dollar.
