As an American I wish people would demand that Congress get rid of the FED, Ron Paul and his followers have been trying to expose the criminality of the FED for years to no avail. I love the video where Ron Paul asks Bernacke if he thinks "gold is money" and Bernacke says "no" - so Paul asks him "Why does the Fed hold it then?" Bernacke says "tradition" -- LOL!! The masses don't question something until it is usually too late and propably 98% of Americans dont understand our banking system and its predatory nature. Once you ask "where does money come from" it sends you down the rabbit hole and you wake up to who is creating all the wars and misery we have in the world today. Waking up is very unnerving and upsetting; when I look around my country I see clueless people who are being manipulated to fight with one another. I see people under mountains of mortagage debt who work like slaves to pay for a house that has no intrisic value and whose price was driven up by credit expansion and lowering interest rates -tricks bankers used to make them think they will get rich or save by going into debt. When the US dollar loses its world reserve currency status these people will be crushed -- it is very sad. Reality is people dont want to hear the truth, so they are adults and they will learn the hard way. The one thing that really gives me hope is bitcoin and the decentralized block chain technology. The masses finally have a tool like bitcoin where it is something that can store value, is transparent, and you can move it or hold it without asking an authority for permission.
