(Cutoff at European market closing) Turkish forces crossed into Syria and seized Jarablus, and Isis-held town. The dollar was up against the yen at ¥100.49, while the euro was down at a one-week low of $1.1248. The pound climbed against the dollar to $1.3243, hitting a three-week high. The South African rand hit R14.21 a dollar, it's lowest since July 28. The yield on the 10-year US Treasury was down 1 basis point at 1.55 per cent and that on the German Bund was flat at minus 0.09 per cent. Copper touched an eight-week low in London of $4,664 a tonne. Brent crude as down at $49.04 and US WTI was lower at $46.77. Gold was down at $1,326 an ounce, the lowest since late July.
