Lol!!! Thanks for reading and commenting. I did not get sick!!! It's probably because, on our way back from the jungle, we stopped in the closest village. Our guide knocked on a few doors and procured us a drink of some fermented yucca root. It had a lot of alcohol it. I'm sure it would have kill any microbes,... at least that's what I tell myself. :)
