I have read that some states want laws to make weed products not look like candy or baked goods. That would be difficult to enforce. Ultimately it is up to the parents to keep anything that might harm a child out of reach. It is definitely messed up and I think the parents are overwhelmed with guilt about it.
Yeah im sure the parents are punishing them self more then any thing the law would want to do.
maybe they can put stickers on the products that say keep away from kids so people cant blame the producer of the product for an individules misuse of the product.

If they're synthetic, then that's normal and you can check this out anywhere: Synthetic cannabis kills, natural one never did and has been used for 5000 years...

It makes me sick to think that anyone would let their baby near an edible marijuana product. Accidents happen, but it is so sad.

I was thinking of those poison stickers with the frowny face and tongue sticking out. Still, parents are the ones who must take responsibility.

I think in this case the baby ate a marijuana gummy. Some doctors are disputing that the death was from marijuana.
