It's a little upsetting that this was used for state representatives though. I'm tired of different laws for different people. One group of people have the book thrown at them, and another group gets a slap on the wrist or a get out of jail free card. On top of all that, I'd really like to know how these representatives voted on drug policy in their area. If they voted pro drug war, and then got caught with their hands in the cooky jar, extra shame on them.
