As a long time medical user and chemistry (food technology) I have to add... there are many things listed what it is medical used for :-)
This topic is way to complex for a stupid infographic what was maybe produced for sharing only and even for steemit - lol. There is massive knowledge available today what was unknown 5 years ago. The basics are known for long time of course.
Each human body has its endocannabinoid system - called ECS. It is a complex system of endogenous cannabinoid receptors in your brain & all nervous systems of your body. As a medicine it is used nowadays too on old people often because you can build up the immune system again with no risk and they get hungry again (just as example).
Additional it is the oldest documented drug of the world.... first time 2700 BC - nowadays we know nearly all why it helped them in past. Cannabinoids are the hottest topic now in pharma sector as you can do things people dreamed 100 years of and are definately the future.
