I'm just gonna put this out there...PESTO. I'm not sayin' that's what you're making, but I believe it would be the perfect herb dish. What you're making looks on the right track though! I just can't get why people want to keep mixing savory herb in sweet dishes...enough already, haha! But when people start making the herb pesto, remember, @colorado-girl called it, haha!
